U12-15无托盘制造机器自动生产线是我们公司独立开发的墙壁砖和摊铺机组成的设备。有效的生产区域可以达到1.08 *1.08㎡；产品的体积熔化重量可以达到2400 kg/m3，吸水率可能小于6％。产品的重量误差仅为（+1.5％），强度误差可以达到（+10％）；the height error of products can be controlled to (+0.2 mm).Automatic stacking immediately after moulding, pallet free, no auxiliary equipments, consumables-free. Per shift capacity of 100,000 pieces standard bricks containing automatic packing , only need three workers. And later loading and unloading also need no manual!

Honcha块机属于混凝土块的通用设备。通过更换霉菌，可以生产各种混凝土块，例如新的隔热砖，空心块，多排穿孔砖，实心砖等，各种路线，例如互锁的砖块，可渗透的砖块，路边石材和各种路线用于公园，机场，码头和其他地方的混凝土砌块，例如液压砖，固定砖块，花盆砖，栅栏砖等。
