工艺流程:1.一是计量原料的剂量和配比;原料分配后，送入浇注搅拌机制成浆料。通过充分搅拌，将浆液浇注成型;4。4 .在一定温度和时间下预固化后，块体达到一定硬度，可进行切割;5 .倾斜式提升机将模具翻转90度;然后打开模具，将其与块分开。7、将带侧板的料块搬到切料车;首先，切割机从两侧垂直切割块。 Secondly the horizontal cutting;9.
